Buryani is a very rich Pilau served at festive occasions. The meat which has been pre-cooked in special spices is covered with cooked Basmati rice delicately spiced with cardamom and saffron. The Buryani is then gently steamed with the meat to blend the flavors. At CEYLONTA, we serve Buryani with an additional curried meat dish.
